-Observing Java Restaurants' food preparation, handling, storage, and transportation processes. -Interviewing the food preparation and handling personnel within the scope of the Java House's FSMS. -Reviewing the Java House's food safety-related records and documents (e.g., receiving records, HACCP plan, SOP's). -Issuing a formal audit report to Java House and certification body, as well as issue ISO 22000 certificate. -Issue accurate, complete invoice to a supplier in a timely manner -Conduct timely follow-ups with the suppliers.
